Chicks and dudes, a lot have happened this year! In this content we'll give you an overview what we've done in 2011, what we changed and why not everything went as planned. In the second part, we'll give you a preview what we wanna do in 2012 and what events you shouldn't miss! For those who do not wanna read the whole text: huge THANK YOU to everyone, who support us, and appreciate what we do! WE LOVE BEATBOX!

allright, first we wanna show you what we have reached in 2011 with swissbeatbox.com, our youtube channel and our social network pages!

swissbeatbox.com is one of the biggest beatbox communities ever! we have hundrets of exclusive high quality videos from the best beatboxers on earth, and every week a new upload!

what we've reached with our youtube channel in 2011:
- over 6.3 millions of views
- our top video from "slizzer" got over 500'000 views
- over 30'000 subscribers and 60'000 friends
- 300 videos uploaded by Pepouni!

We now also use the new youtube design layout! kiLaa completely redesign the whole channel, and add new video thumbnails.

what we've reached with our social communities in 2011:
- over 18'000 facebook fans
- around 1000 followers on twitter
- Pepouni has over 1000 friends in his google+ circles and we'll push now also a g+ page for swissbeatbox

Same thing here with all the redesign stuff. New Landing Page on Facebook, new banners, new Twitter layout, and creating a G+ site.

And what happened to the swissbeatbox.com page and the whole project in 2011?

Pepouni and kiLaa have thought about many changes to make swissbeatbox more professional, more attractive, more user friendly. Some changes could be realized, some not. What you should consider is that we're just a two-man team. We're both still students and haven't often the time and the cash to push the swissbeatbox project forward, as we would like it to do.

the main changes on swissbeatbox in 2011 were:

- fixed bugs on the website
- kiLaa revised the swissbeatbox logo: symmetry, accuracy and proportions update
- he's also update the graphics on all of our webpages and social media pages.

WHAT'S PLANNED FOR 2012?

WEBSITE and YOUTUBE:
We'll push our top-artists and new talents much more in future! kiLaa is coding an artist section with booking informations and an overview for our featured artists. Pepouni create playlists on our youtube channel specially for each artist. Also we change the news and archive system on the website to make it more easier to post new contents. Last but not least, we'll embed a new shop-system.

MERCANDISE
YES, it's true! we finally found a partner for our mercandise products! with amazing designs, the highest print and shirt quality, and worldwide shipping! this will be such a great new part of SBX!

EVENTS
We're looking forrward for the Battles in Paris, Basel and the Worldchampionships in Berlin! will capture alot of new exclusive videos for our Youtube channel!
